At Mindful Moments Therapies, the monthly groups and circles offer opportunities to step away from the busyness of everyday life and reconnect with yourself in a supportive and welcoming environment.

Rooted in reflection, wellbeing, and meaningful connection, these gatherings provide space to slow down, explore what matters to you, and share in the experience of community. Whether through seasonal reflection, personal growth, mindfulness, or connection with others, each group is thoughtfully facilitated to encourage greater self-awareness, resilience, and wellbeing.

The circles are not group therapy sessions, but they are held with care, respect, and emotional safety at their heart. They offer a gentle space to reflect on life's challenges and transitions, deepen your understanding of yourself, and connect with others in a way that feels authentic and supportive.

Seasonal Living  (Monthly)

A Monthly Gathering to Reflect, Reconnect and Align with the Seasons

Seasonal Living is a gentle monthly circle inspired by the natural rhythm of the year. As the seasons change around us, we too experience periods of growth, rest, renewal, transition, and reflection. This gathering offers a welcoming space to pause, slow down, and tune into where you are in your own life journey.

Each session is guided by the themes and energy of the current season, inviting you to explore what may be emerging, shifting, or calling for attention. Through guided reflection, journalling, mindfulness practices, seasonal wisdom, and facilitated discussion, you will have the opportunity to reconnect with yourself and cultivate greater awareness and intention.

This is not about striving or achieving more. It is about creating space to listen, reflect, and live more consciously in harmony with the natural cycles that surround us.

Whether you are seeking a moment of stillness, personal insight, or simply a sense of connection, you are warmly welcome.

No previous experience is required, just a willingness to pause, reflect, and be present.

Womans Circle (Monthly)

A Monthly Space for Connection, Reflection and Support

The Women's Circle is a nurturing and supportive gathering where women can come together in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment. It offers an opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday life, reconnect with yourself, and experience the power of shared connection.

In a world that often encourages us to keep going, this circle provides space to simply be. To pause, reflect, listen, and, if you choose, share your experiences among others who understand the complexities of modern life.

Each month we explore themes that are relevant to women's wellbeing and personal growth, such as self-worth, identity, relationships, boundaries, life transitions, resilience, and emotional wellbeing. Conversations are gently facilitated, creating an atmosphere of trust, compassion, and mutual respect.

There is no expectation to speak or share. You are welcome exactly as you are, whether you wish to contribute, listen quietly, or simply enjoy the presence of the group.

The Women's Circle is not group therapy, but it is a thoughtfully held space that recognises the importance of connection, belonging, and being witnessed without judgement.
