Brush and Breathe, expressive and mindful therapeutic workshops

Brush and Breath is an inclusive, supportive space where attendees can gently explore emotions, experiences, and well-being through creative expression.

The workshops provide a safe, welcoming environment for anyone who wishes to process feelings, emotions, trauma, or bereavement, or simply take time to reflect and reset. You do not need any artistic experience to take part. All materials are provided, and the focus is on expression rather than outcome.

Each Brush and Breath workshop is thoughtfully themed, offering a range of creative activities including collage, clay work, painting, doodling, and other mixed media. These sessions encourage self-discovery, emotional release, and mindful connection to the present moment.

Therapeutic art can support individuals living with anxiety, depression, PTSD, chronic stress, and burnout. It helps bring emotional resilience, improve self-awareness, and promote nervous system regulation. By combining creative expression with mindfulness-based approaches, Brush and Breathe supports healing, recovery, and long-term wellbeing.

Whether you are looking to reconnect with yourself, explore personal challenges, or simply take a break from the demands of daily life, Brush and Breathe offers a space to slow down, create freely, and feel supported.

Find calm through creativity. Reconnect through art. Heal through expression.
