Weekly Therapeutic Groups

Bereavement Support

A gentle, therapeutic space for those living with grief. This group acknowledges that loss is not linear and that each person’s experience is unique. Together, we explore remembrance, adjustment, and emotional processing at a pace that feels right for you.

Neurodiversity and Late Diagnosis

For adults exploring or newly understanding their neurodivergent identity (including late autism or ADHD diagnosis). This group offers validation, psychoeducation, and space to unpack identity, masking, burnout, and self-acceptance in a supportive community.

Menopause Support

A safe space to explore the emotional, psychological, and identity shifts that can accompany menopause. This group recognises the complexity of this life stage, grief, empowerment, anger, confusion, and renewal,  and offers both understanding and solidarity.

Monthly Support Groups

Family Estrangement

Estrangement can bring complex emotions,  grief, relief, shame, anger, and ambiguity. This monthly group provides a non-judgmental space to explore your experience, build resilience, and reduce isolation.

Animal Loss Support

The loss of a beloved animal companion can be profound and often misunderstood by others. This group honours that bond and provides space to grieve openly and receive compassionate support.

Seasonal Living  (Monthly)

A reflective monthly gathering inspired by the natural rhythm of the seasons. Seasonal Living offers a gentle pause and an opportunity to slow down, notice where you are in your life, and align with the year's changing cycles. As the seasons shift, so do we. This circle creates space to reflect, reset, and reconnect. Each session may include guided reflection, seasonal themes, journalling prompts, mindfulness practices, and therapeutic discussion. The focus is on grounding, awareness, and intentional living.

No prior experience is needed, simply a willingness to pause and be present.

Womans Circle (Monthly)

A nurturing and supportive space for women to gather, share, and be heard. The Women’s Circle offers an opportunity to step away from daily roles and responsibilities and reconnect with yourself in the company of others. This is not therapy in a clinical sense, but it is a held and facilitated space grounded in emotional safety and respect.

Themes may include identity, boundaries, relationships, self-worth, life transitions, wellbeing, and shared lived experiences. There is no pressure to share; you are welcome exactly as you are.

Brush and Breathe 6-Week Creative Therapy Course

This structured 6-week course combines simple creative practices with therapeutic reflection. No artistic experience is needed; the focus is on expression, not performance. Through guided art-based exercises, breathwork, and group reflection, participants explore emotional release, self-discovery, and nervous system regulation in a safe and encouraging space.

Each group is intentionally kept to a supportive size to ensure safety, connection, and meaningful participation.

Phiona facilitates group spaces with warmth, professionalism, and therapeutic awareness, ensuring that participants feel safe, respected, and gently supported.
