Supervision and CPD for Breathwork Coaches, Counsellors and Holistic Practitioners

Hosted online by Phiona Hutton and Alison Emmerson from the Mindful Moments Centre for Therapeutic and Somatic Studies

Breathwork Supervision

At the Mindful Moments Centre, we offer high-quality, reflective supervision for students and qualified breathwork coaches, somatic practitioners, and students in training. Supervision sessions are designed to be a supportive and confidential space where practitioners can explore client work, process emotional or energetic blocks, reflect on personal responses, and gain clarity on complex or puzzling case material.

Whether you are newly trained or experienced in your field, supervision offers you the opportunity to:

Receive grounded, professional support from experienced supervisors

Reflect on ethical considerations, boundaries, and client safety

Share challenges and explore growth areas in your practice

Deepen your confidence and clinical insight as a breathwork practitioner

Cultivate self-care and resilience in your therapeutic work

Supervision is not only about sharing but also about nourishment, a space to be heard, resourced, and guided. These sessions combine reflective discussion with somatic awareness and trauma-informed insight, tailored to the needs of breath-led practitioners.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD) in Breathwork

Our CPD sessions are open to trainee and qualified breathwork coaches, counsellors, bodyworkers, holistic therapists, and wellbeing practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of breath-based therapeutic work. These 4-hour experiential sessions offer a dynamic blend of learning, exploration, and practical application.

Each CPD workshop includes:

Live demonstrations of breathwork in therapeutic or coaching contexts

Interactive, hands-on practice with peers

In-depth discussion of breath patterns, physiology, trauma responses, and nervous system regulation

Opportunities to explore case studies, client presentations, and clinical approaches

Tools and frameworks to integrate breathwork safely and effectively into your existing practice

Whether you're new to breathwork or looking to refine your technique, these sessions provide essential knowledge and embodied learning. You will leave each session with greater confidence, a clearer understanding of breathwork principles, and practical strategies for use in one-to-one or group settings.

Our CPD is suitable for all levels of experience and training and is delivered in a trauma-sensitive, inclusive environment.

Benefits of Breathwork CPD:

Enhance your professional toolkit with evidence-informed breathwork practices

Develop somatic confidence in client work
