 "Brush and Breathe Saturday Workshops"

A Creative & Therapeutic Workshop Series in Collaboration with Phiona and the Sunflower Art Collective

We’re delighted to host Brush and Breathe, a beautiful partnership between Phiona Hutton and the experienced facilitators Julie Tucker and Rachel Galpin of the Sunflower Art Collective. This collaboration brings together the power of therapeutic practice and creative expression in a safe, supportive and non judgemental space designed to help individuals explore emotions, process grief, reconnect with the inner child, and develop grounding techniques through breathwork and art.

What is "Brush and Breathe"?

No prior art experience needed, just an open heart and willingness to explore

What Participants Say:

"A wonderful, creative, bright space, with some lovely, welcoming people running it. Two ladies who run regular art workshops and Phi, who has many strings to her bow, including hypnotherapy. All the people on the course seemed very friendly, even though I was on my own. Loved the free cards – provoked thought, and I felt that we were in a supportive, non-judgmental space. Great fun with the pouring acrylics – definitely brought out the inner child when I used the straw! Breathwork was a reminder of the purpose of the class and to let go and enjoy. Total escapism!"

"The whole energy of the workshop helped the creativity, and the breathwork allowed me to get out of my own way and let my feelings come through"

" I loved this workshop, Phiona, Julie and Rachel make everyone feel welcome. There is no judgment, just support and creative freedom. An amazing mindful way of spending a few hours. Would highly recommend."

"Enjoyed letting go with the vision board, to grow and learn, and enjoyed being in my space."

"It made me really think, at quite an upheaval time in my life, so it was good to get some emotions down on paper"

“It made me think about where I’ve been, where I am and where I’m going.”

“Being made very welcome from the start. Everyone is very friendly. Loved the angel cards and using the scent spray.”

“Being able to let go of the notion you have to get it right.”
