Are you struggling with the pain and complexity of family estrangement?

At Mindful Moments Therapies, Phiona offers compassionate, peer-based support groups for those experiencing separation, conflict, or loss of contact between parents and adult children.

These groups are designed to help you process emotions, reduce feelings of isolation, and connect with others who truly understand the unique challenges of estrangement.

Led by Phiona, a trained counsellor with extensive experience in family relationship issues and emotional wellbeing, the groups provide a safe, empathetic space for sharing and reflection. With professional training in grief, loss, and complex relationship dynamics, Phiona offers a supportive environment for those navigating one of the most difficult forms of family pain.

Two Separate Groups Available
Parents Group – for parents experiencing estrangement from their adult children
Adult Children Group – for individuals aged 18 and over who are estranged from one or both parents

When: Third Wednesday of the month, 7pm – 8pm
Where: Online
Cost: £7.50 per person
Format: Small group sessions to ensure safety, trust, and connection. Attendance is ad hoc – you can join as needed.

All conversations are treated with the utmost confidentiality.

Please note: A minimum of four participants is required to foster an engaging and connected experience. If this number is not met, you will be offered either a full refund (minus any transaction fees) or the option to transfer your booking to another available date.
