Are you struggling with the loss of a beloved pet, animal companion, or support animal? At Mindful Moments Therapies, Phiona offers compassionate, peer-based pet bereavement support groups designed to help you process grief, loss, and the deep emotional bond shared with your animal companion.

Led by Phiona, a trained veterinary nurse with extensive experience and a deep understanding of the human–animal connection, and bereavement cousellor. The support group provides a safe, empathetic space for those grieving a pet. Phiona is also professionally trained in pet loss and animal bereavement support by the Blue Cross, bringing a specialist approach to emotional healing during this often overlooked time.

The Animal companion bereavement support group is held Wednesday evenings, once a month online, for an hour 7pm - 8pm at £6.50 per person. 

Places are limited to provide a safe and connected space. The sessions are ad hoc and you are able to book in when you need the support.
