Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) is a powerful therapeutic approach that focuses on eye movements to address various emotional issues. This innovative therapy has shown promising results in treating conditions such as depression, dissociation, PTSD, and distorted memories.
By utilising specific eye movements, IEMT aims to reset and reprogram the brain's response to emotional triggers. This technique helps individuals break free from negative patterns and emotions that may be holding them back from living a fulfilling life.ntegral Eye Movement Therapy
One of the key benefits of IEMT is its effectiveness in addressing PTSD and traumatic memories. By guiding the eyes through specific patterns, this therapy helps individuals process and release the emotional charge associated with past traumatic events, allowing them to heal and move forward.
Techniques address how the client learned to feel the way they do, as well as how they learned to be the way they are, thus bringing about rapid change. In essence releasing the emotions that are connected to the memories and prevent forward movement and being present.

Menopause is a significant phase in a woman's life, marking a transition that can bring about various changes, both physically and emotionally. Mindful menopause acknowledges the challenges and uncertainties that may arise during this time, offering a compassionate approach to navigating life's shifts.
Life changes can be overwhelming during menopause, as the body undergoes hormonal fluctuations. Worries and fears about aging, health, and body image may surface, leading to moments of self-doubt. It is essential to practice self-compassion and remind ourselves that these changes are a natural part of the journey.
Pain and discomfort, such as hot flashes, night sweats, and joint aches, can also accompany menopause. Mindfulness techniques, such as deep breathing and meditation, can help alleviate these symptoms and provide a sense of calm amidst the storm.
Anxiety may arise as we navigate the uncertainties of this new phase. Loss of Libido, grief of the life and body we were used to. Menopause is a transformative journey that invites us to embrace change, conquer fears, and nurture ourselves with self-compassion.

Phiona has taken specialised training and further development to attain certification in Past Life Regression in Clinical Hypnotherapy.
Past life regression is a fascinating technique used in clinical hypnotherapy to explore and address past life trauma. Through deep relaxation and guided visualization, clients are able to tap into their subconscious mind and access memories from previous lifetimes. This therapeutic approach aims to bring about healing and understanding by uncovering unresolved issues or traumas from the past. By delving into past life experiences, clients can gain valuable insights into their current life lessons, fears, and habits. It is believed that certain patterns and behaviors may be carried over from past lives, influencing our choices and actions in the present. Understanding these patterns can provide a sense of clarity and empower individuals to make positive changes in their lives.
Phiona has taken specialised training and further development to attain certification in Hypno Gastric Band in Clinical Hypnotherapy
Are you looking for a safe and effective way to achieve your weight loss goals? Look no further than the revolutionary technique of hypno gastric band through clinical hypnotherapy. This innovative approach harnesses the power of your subconscious mind to help you make positive changes in your eating habits and overall lifestyle.
One of the key benefits of hypno gastric band is its ability to create a virtual gastric band in your mind. This means that you can experience the sensation of having a smaller stomach, leading to reduced food intake and ultimately weight loss. By reprogramming your subconscious mind, you can develop healthier eating patterns and feel satisfied with smaller portions.
Phiona has taken specialised training with Mindful Mama® Hypnobirthing to be able to support the journey of pregnancy and birth in a more harmonious way.
Hypnobirthing is a technique that combines the principles of clinical hypnotherapy with the process of childbirth. It aims to create a calm and balanced state of mind for the expectant mother, allowing her to experience a more natural and empowered labour. By using hypnosis and relaxation techniques, hypnobirthing helps women tap into their inner strength and trust their bodies' ability to give birth. It promotes a deep sense of relaxation, reducing anxiety and fear often associated with childbirth.
Through hypnobirthing, women learn to embrace the power of their mind and create a positive mindset towards labor. By focusing on relaxation and visualization exercises, they can achieve a state of deep relaxation, allowing their bodies to work harmoniously during the birthing process.
We live in a world full of aroma, the mind is filled with scents and smells to bring about wellbeing and also protection and safety. We are born with a natural sense of smell, that not only provides the brain with information about our environment, but also the dangers within it, or the sense of peace and relaxation. Phiona qualified as an aromatherapist in 2005 and finds a way to bring aromatherapy into her everyday life. Utilising the natural plant extracts to promote health and wellbeing, Aromatherapy can be used as its own therapy or combined with other therapies to support and bring about change and healing.
Whilst Phiona is not currently offering Aromatherapy as an individual therapy, she often utilises it and combines it with other therapies she is working with, for example combined with hypnotherapy it can enhance the relaxation and healing of mind and emotions, supporting recovery from trauma, sleep issues, anxiety and PTSD. It is a powerful tool to combine with EFT to help the emotional body connect somatically to the emotions it may have suppressed and wth breathwork to enhance the practice itself.
If you would like to find out more about combining aromatherapy with your therapy do please ask Phiona for more details, where she will be able to blend a bespoke oil for your use during sessions and to take home to continue working with it. (there is an additional charge for the use of oils during sessions and for bespoke blends to have at home)
The system of plant and flower-based essences was developed in the 1930’s by Dr. Edward Bach, a physician and homeopath who was convinced that emotional well being was key to good health.Dr. Bach devoted his life to exploring the use of flowers and plants and eventually went on to establish The Bach Centre in Oxfordshire, England, where he developed the natural flower essences as we know them today.
Whilst Phiona is not currently offering Flower Essences as an individual therapy, she often utilises it and combines it with other therapies she is working with, for example combined with hypnotherapy it can enhance the relaxation and healing of mind and emotions, supporting recovery from trauma, sleep issues, anxiety and PTSD. It is a powerful tool to combine with EFT to help the emotional body connect somatically to the emotions it may have suppressed and wth breathwork to enhance the practice itself.

As a Hypno4Children™ Accredited practitioner, I have furthered my training to be able to deeply support the emotions and behaviours of young children, adolescent and teens with age appropriate strategies and techniques to support, empower and bring confidence to their mindset and wellbeing.
Children of all ages can struggle with their emotions and feelings, not yet having the tools to help support them to be able to understand , process or move through in a positive and structured way. This can lead to behavioural problems, friendship issues, school complexities, home life being disrupted and challenging, building stress, anxiety and a negative environment.
Sessions are designed for your child’s individual needs and start from 30 minutes up to 60 minute sessions depending on age. I would always advise for a free insight call initially to discover how I can support you and your young person, and that I am the right fit for you.
